At Last! No More Bikinis In Miss World Beauty Pageants

I've personally been wondering why beauty pageants must go n'aked in competetions. I mean, It doesn't help the society and nothing cute about it.

Anyways, thanks to the organizers of Miss World pageant as they have finally abolished the use of swimsuits  starting from next year's competition.

Speaking with Elle, chairwoman Julia Morley said:

"I really don't need to see women just walking up and down in bikinis. It doesn't do anything for the woman. And it doesn't do anything for any of us. I don't care if someone has a bottom two inches bigger than someone else's. 

"We are really not looking at her bottom. We are really listening to her speak. We don't want to just make them feel like they are walking bodies, you know?"

The pageant was founded in 1951 and this year's Miss World pageant winner is South Africa's 22-year-old Rolene Strauss.

I wish Nigeria and other countries will adopt this policy.
